Rejuva Aesthetics Policies:
Rejuva Aesthetics and Wellness Center (RAWC) mission is to ensure we provide everyone who
enters our spas with the highest level of service. In order to provide that to all of our clients, we
ask that you take a few minutes and review our policies.
Appointment Policy:
When booking an appointment, please understand that we schedule each appointment to
focus on you and the treatment you want. We specifically book for time allotted for the
treatment. We ask that our clients be on time to take full advantage of your
appointment/session, and to ensure that clients scheduled after you are given the same. When
creating an appointment online, a credit card will be asked to secure your time.
We also understand that there are times when life gets in the way and may cause you to run
late. We ask that you notify us, so we are aware of the lateness. We are sensitive to every
individual’s situation. We want our clients to be aware if you are running late, that you may
cause a delay in other’s times that are scheduled after you. Additionally, and in most cases,
both our Injectors and Esthetician are booked back to back. If you will be more than 15 min late
to your appointment, we may have to reschedule for a later time or another day, based on the
treatment performed.
Cancellation/No Show Policy:
We understand and are sensitive to events that are unforeseen that would cause possible
cancellations. We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance via phone, email or text if
there is a need to cancel. Failure to contact us or a No Show, will result in a $75 fee at the next
appointment. This is noted on your appointment text/email when booking. This will be waived
only upon discretion of the Spa.
Results of Treatments:
The foremost goal of Rejuva Med spa is to provide a satisfactory service to you. With that said,
aesthetics is not an exact science and each procedure varies by client to client and in turn,
further treatments (either Injectables, Spa Services or a combo of both) may be required to
achieve optimal results. The discussion of treatments is conducted within the consultation at
your appointment. At the same time, we won’t know if some services/treatments will provide
any results. Results are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to achieve improvements.
Payment Policy:
Payment is due at the time of treatment. Packages will be paid in full at the time of treatment,
unless otherwise agreed upon with management. All services are final. NO REFUNDS OR CREDIT
will be issued for services already completed. Under some circumstances, we may be able to
provide an in-Spa service credit, in the event the client cannot finish the treatment in question,
or there was a documented medical reaction. We accept cash, all major credit cards and Care
Credit.
Prices and Promotions:
We strive to provide the latest treatments and services here at Rejuva. Although we make
every effort to provide updates to our website, social media pages and service menu, please
note that prices, services and products are subject to change at any time without any notice.
Promotions/Special pricing will be conducted about 2-3 times a year, changing every time. We
send out emails and texts, as well as post to our website and social media pages. Promotions
are time sensitive, and are to be received during the promotion timeframe, unless otherwise
stated.
Refund Policy:
Our main goal is your satisfaction! Please note that results may vary from person to person, and
while every effort is made to achieve the best possible results, note that sometimes that is not
always guaranteed. It should be noted that several further treatments may be necessary for
optimal results. Services cannot always be guaranteed for immediate results. Clients are
responsible to schedule future treatments in a timely manner. All sales are final in which no
refunds will be given, unless for certain circumstances when a documented medical reaction
occurred, or the product was defective.
Referrals:
Rejuva sincerely believes that if you are satisfied with our service, we would love for you to
encourage others with your experience! In appreciation of taking the time to provide the effort,
we will be rewarding both you and your friend/family member $25 to use towards their service.
Gratuities:
Gratuities are never expected, but if you would love to show your gratefulness for your
experience, we would love a review on Google, Yelp, Facebook.
Right to deny:
Our best interest is to service you, but there are certain situations that may develop where we
have to deny service/treatment at any time, to anyone and for any reason.
Dr. Hyder, Samana and our staff here at Rejuva want to provide the best service and experience
and we want you to be happy with your treatments. We want you to love the way you feel when
your leave our doors! We believe in full transparency, which we want you to be fully aware of
the treatments you are receiving, the risks and benefits related with each of them as well. With
this in mind, please be assured that our team will only recommend treatments and products
that will help benefit you and your concerns. If at any time you have questions, ASK!!! We want
you to be fully aware of anything before ANY service/treatment is performed. At the same time,
remember these are recommendations. You do have the final say if you want to have the
treatment/service.
